Worship at UCC Abington

Worship in the sanctuary features organ music, prayers, hymns, and a sermon. also enjoy the sounds of the voice choir and the bell choir! On the Sunday of each month, we celebrate communion, and everyone is invited to join. Our worship experience includes guided meditation, interactive prayers, children's sermons, and moments of ministry. The atmosphere in the sanctuary is warm and inviting. Come just as you are and feel the love you connect with others and with God!

Back in the early days of Christianity, people would gather in homes for meals filled with good food, music, and chats about faith—no fancy church buildings, pews, or steeples needed! We're keeping that spirit alive with our monthly 'Brunch Worship!' Come hang out in the Parish Hall where we’ll sing a hymn or two, share what’s on our minds, and break bread together. Then, we’ll dig into a tasty meal and have some laid-back conversations about faith, life, and what really matters!

Sandwich Sunday reflects our commitment to fostering a space where we can worship God and collaborate on a mission project.During these gatherings, we come together in the Parish Hall, seated at tables, and begin with prayers, songs, and a brief message. After the message, we unite to prepare sandwiches and assemble brown bag lunches for Mainspring Homeless Shelter inton. We conclude our time with prayers for the mission and ministry we have just engaged in.
